Q. Does the agent help right through the end of the opted tour?

Ans: Our professional team will assist you in the best way and will personally monitor your opted tour package, helping you enjoy your business or leisure trip. Our aim is to make sure you travel according to your terms.

Q. What are the payment options?

Ans: Customers can pay through online Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Demand Draft or Cash.

Q. At what period of time can I pay for the Reservations?

Ans: In general, the payment has to be made at the time of Reservations. Please ask your booking executive about specific payment policy.

Q. What are the net banking options?

Ans: You can make an online transfer from your account to our account directly by logging-in into your account. Typically for most banks you have to first add a payee first and then make a payment. Please ask your booking agent for details of our bank account to which you can make a direct payment.

Q. Payment from which banks is accepted?

Ans: Payment from all the national as well as international banks is accepted.

Q. Can I pay by Credit card?

Ans: Currently, this option is not available.

Q. How many days prior to the journey should I book the hotel/Package?

Ans: There is no specific date. However, it is advisable to book your tour well in advance to procure hotel reservation/tour package.

Q. Is there an option to cancel the booking?

Ans: Yes there is. However, at the same time you will have to pay the cancellation amount which varies on the type of ticket (ticket fare basis & airline policies etc) and tour package. Upon cancellation of the ticket/package, airlines/hotels issue a refund which may take anywhere between 2 & 3 weeks.

Q. What if the flight gets canceled or rescheduled?

Ans: In both the cases, the airline will do the needful or will provide the accommodation (full service airlines only) to the passengers.

Q. Do you assist in getting Visa with the ticket?

Ans: Yes, our representative will assist you in getting visa along with the ticket.

Q. What is your cancellation policy for tour packages?

Ans: Tour packages Cancellation Charges:

21 - 14 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of 10% of Total Amount. 13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of 20% of Total Amount.
6 - 4 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of 50% of Total Amount.
3 - 0 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of 100% of Total Amount.
